Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Pike Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
