Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Sacramento, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
