Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
