Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Willow Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 986 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
