Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
