Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Lumen North Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Rochester, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
