What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules.
