Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Lumen North Auto Group is a Rochester company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
