Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Yarrow Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
