Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Oak Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
