Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Reno, NV)

Redstone Birch Care Services provides in-home and community support in Reno. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Reno. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
