Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Reno, NV)

Summit Quarry Telecom Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
