Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
