Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
