Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
