Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
