Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Glen Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
