Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Rochester area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
