Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Facilities is a facilities company in Austin with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
