Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Basin Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 661 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
