Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Ashton Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Omaha. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
