Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Greenridge Cedar Legal Group is a Baltimore practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
