Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Pike Markets is a Austin retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
