Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
