Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Vista Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Phoenix region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 381 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
