Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Oak Facilities Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 736 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
