Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Bridge Farms Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
