Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 815 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
