Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Summit Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
