Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
