Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
