Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Vista Press is a printer and publisher in Atlanta serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
