Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
