Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Timber Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
