Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook North Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
