Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 781 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
