Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Omaha with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
