Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Granite Water Authority is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
