Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Stone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Knoxville, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
