Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Fox Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Fresno region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
