Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Kansas City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
