Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around Philadelphia with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
