Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Timber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
