Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Summit Property Management Group is a Boise property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
