Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Bridge Legal Group provides legal services in Seattle across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
