Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
