Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood River Markets Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
