Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
