Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Quill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Kansas City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
