Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Northwind Cobalt Insurance Group is an insurance company in Tampa with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
